At the age of 12, Ute had aher first experience with photography. Together with her father she went to a black and white darkroom workshop, it was then when she found her hobby, which over time became a passion.
After finishing school, Ute pursued a career in phoyography. After 3 years of working experiences in different German cities, Ute went to Hamburg to a private school and got her Masters degree in photography in 1987.
Directly following, Ute opened aher own photo studio in Aachen, Germany. 10 years later she moved to Frankfurt, where she opened her second studio, which she ran for 7 years. At this time, Ute started working with digital photography.
In May 2005, Ute moved to Canada, near Toronto, where she opened her third photo studio.
Before moving to Luxembourg, at the end of 2009, Ute worked for one year in Italy, after she has left Canada.
Ute loves to work in the fine art of landscape photography, but her speciality is the human form: for private clients (like portraits, maternity, babies,), as welle as commercially (like advertising, events, for model agencies and hair stylists).
Ute won a couple of photography awards and has displayed a lot of exhibitions.
